How to work through P5 Science papers

Start with the most recent paper from your child's school, if available, to see the current format and difficulty. Then work backwards: tackle one paper per week, timing it to simulate exam conditions. After marking, focus on mistakes—do not just correct the answer. Ask your child to explain why the wrong choice was made and what the correct reasoning should be. For open-ended questions, compare their phrasing with the model answer; Science requires precise keywords.
